This post is addressed to makers who want to get more chances to do more successful making. If you’re a manager, this article is great to help you create a great environment for the makers on your team!

Designers think a lot about how to get into the groove and build something awesome. But the same is true of everyone who does creative work!

This article really clarifies a lot for me in the realm of creating a good working environment.

My biggest question for everyone out there: How can you design your day (and execute on that design) such that:

1) Collaboration can happen inside and outside of the team as needed, and 2) You can get to #Winning! as often as possible?
